carrying a large belly

i decided to draw mew vore, well im happy on how the pic turned out its got a big belly and its so squishy and wiggling, though the guy will be ok cuss the mew i drew is a freind that turned into a mew and he can reform x3
now this mew seems to have a nice meal for a long time, though i wonder how he is abule to carry that large belly for his size >w<
also tell me how i did on the shading? im trying new things owo
